Enterprise readiness
Onboarding, permissions, access management, single sign-on, deployment and data flow across Veeva, Salesforce, Okta and client systems — the surfaces that determine whether a large rollout succeeds.
Role and permission model

Context
Enterprise agreements are won in the demonstration and lost in the rollout. Access management, identity and data flow are invisible during a sales conversation and decisive six weeks later, when a customer's IT function is mapping thousands of people onto roles nobody designed with them in mind.
Having built the product's frontend and backend myself, I am able to design these surfaces with the real constraints in view, and to settle the edge cases during design rather than discovering them in testing.

Designed the model, not only the screens
Roles, permissions and deployment logic resolved as a coherent model first, so the interface expressed a single idea rather than accumulating switches in response to individual customer requests.

Made integration feel native
Veeva, Salesforce, Okta and client-specific systems folded into onboarding and identity flows, so that connecting them reads as part of setting up the product rather than a separate IT project.

Worked alongside engineering throughout
Partnered with an organisation of roughly forty engineers, using prior development experience to resolve architectural constraints, clarify edge cases and hold design quality through implementation.
